Diamond Plate Sheet Description

These .125″ thick aluminum diamond plate sheets (AKA: Diamond Tread Plate) are the STRONGEST diamond plate sheets we offer.  These Heavy Duty 1/8″ thick diamond plate sheets are made from 3003-H24 aluminum.  The 3003 aluminum diamond plate alloy provides strength, and workability along with excellent corrosion resistance and weldability.   Additional strength is achieved by strain hardening and partially annealing the diamond plate.  This diamond plate provides a low-maintenance, slip resistant surface providing lasting protection in difficult environments.

Our 1/8″ thick diamond plate is widely used in structural, architectural, and fabricated applications.    The applications for these aluminum diamond plate sheets are only limited by your imagination.

***NOTE: Our diamond plate moldings do not currently work with these .0125″ thick sheets***

For lower impact projects such as garages, walls, and areas that don’t require heavy-duty aluminum diamond plate, we recommend our .025″ thick Embossed product.
