.045″ Sheets – These sheets are thicker than our Embossed Aluminum Diamond Plate sheets and therefore will require more effort to cut.  

.045″ thick diamond plate sheets (AKA: Diamond Tread Plate) provide extra strength for higher impact areas.  These Standard Duty 1/22″ thick aluminum diamond plate sheets are made from 3003-H24 aluminum.  The 3003 aluminum alloy provides strength, and workability along with excellent corrosion resistance.   Added strength is achieved by strain hardening and partially annealing these diamond plate sheets.  These durable sheets provide a low-maintenance, slip resistant surface, with added strength for challenging environments.
