Our 4′ x 10′, 4′ x 8′, and 2′ x 8′ embossed diamond plate sheets typically ship rolled in a large custom heavy-duty corrugated cardboard box. Most orders ship within 2-3 days of receipt using UPS or FedEx “Ground” service. Learn more about us here.
ONLINE DIAMOND PLATE RETURN POLICY

Standard Returns: Unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, resalable condition, as verified by our inspection.

Custom Fabricated Products: All custom-cut or fabricated items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are not eligible for return.

Free Samples: We recommend requesting a free sample before ordering full sheets to ensure the product meets your needs, reducing returns.

Reporting Deadline: Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Claims reported later may be denied, as delays complicate validation.

Claims without complete photos within 5 business days of our request may be denied.

Packaging Requirements: Return items in their original packaging (49″ x 19″ x 19″ for sheets) or equivalent, securely rolled to prevent edge damage. Improperly packaged items may not be refunded.

Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective due to our error. Use a trackable, insured shipping method (e.g., FedEx Ground with insurance), as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns (e.g., items no longer wanted) to cover handling, processing, and free shipping costs. The fee is waived for items damaged or defective due to our error, subject to inspection.

Refunds: After inspection, eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method, less the restocking fee (if applicable), within 10 business days of receipt.

Reshipments for Damage: For valid damage claims (e.g., edge damage from shipping), we may reship replacements immediately after receiving complete photos. Damaged items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the replacement to qualify for a full refund or waived restocking fee.

Partial Refunds: For minor damage (e.g., small edge dents), we may offer a partial refund (up to 50% of purchase price) without requiring a return, at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items: Items returned damaged due to improper packaging, customer mishandling, or use are not eligible for a refund.

If the box arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and inspect contents immediately. Report damage within 7 days to re*****@****************te.com with photos. Retain packaging for potential carrier claims.

Online Diamond Plate offers FREE shipping on orders of OVER $400.00. This offer only applies when making purchase online, and only includes products offered at www.onlinediamondplate.com. Orders are typically shipped using “Ground” shipping service. This offer applies only to orders shipping within the 48-continental USA states, and excludes shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii, and Canada. FREE SHIPPING IS NOT included for Wholesale Orders, .045″ and .125″ thick diamond plate sheets, and molding lengths over 6 feet.
Wholesale Freight Shipping
Wholesale products do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that Wholesale orders typically take 1-2 weeks to ship, but can take up to 4 weeks depending on inventory and schedule at time of order. All wholesale aluminum tread sheet products will be shipped flat on pallets and customers may require a dock and forklift with extended forks for receipt. We will contact you after you place your order to discuss shipping details.
